Zumba Gold – Exercise for Senior Citizens

Published on : November 27, 2024

Are you a senior citizen resident of Queenstown? Do you sometimes feel a little stiff and would like to improve your mobility? Join a “Zumba Gold – Exercise for Senior Citizens” class, here at Margaret Drive in Queenstown!

Noted medical and health studies show that low-impact physical movement, simple coordination and positive social interactions are all necessary for men and women in their golden years to live with vitality and stay mentally agile.  This way your latter years can be richer in experiences, with fewer injuries and more meaningful connections with friends and family.

Come enjoy the music of your time, laughter and friendly camaraderie; and get your heart and limbs strong and healthy.  Whether you are new to Zumba, or you are a fit master-athlete, this group meets for more than exercise: fellowship, meaningful conversations and social connections are all important to aid us as we gracefully enter our sunset years.  It is never too late to start exercising!

Zumba Gold meets every two Fridays per month at 2:45 – 3:45pm at the Atrium of Church of Our Saviour, 13 Margaret Drive, Singapore 149300.  Do come in comfortable exercise clothes and shoes.  Drinking water is available from a water fountain, so bring your recyclable water bottles.  Or you may purchase affordable drinks from our vending machine and even fresh orange juice from our iJooz machines. Clean toilets are also available for your use.

You may call Church of Our Saviour at 6885-0700 to find out more about “Zumba Gold – Exercise for Senior Citizens” schedule, or contact us here.
