One glance into Cu.Ra.Te and one is drawn in by the freshness of their fruits and vegetables – wonderfully inspiring to conjure up fruit salad recipes! Their attractive prices may cause you to linger longer to browse; and before you know it, you may be so inclined to leave Cu.Ra.Te with large bags of fresh and healthy groceries – as evidenced by the many office workers from further afield, who shop gleefully in this peachy paradise!
Apart from the usual fare of apples, oranges and bananas, you may find assortments of: plums, sweet sapphire grapes, pomegranates, different kinds of pineapples and avocados. Additionally, Cu.Ra.Te also serves up cups of cut fruits, with which you may choose to have them cold-pressed into thirst-quenching juice mixes.
Cu.Ra.Te also stocks assorted crisp and “sprightly” salad leaves, ranging from spinach, rocket, brussel sprouts and – a personal favourite – broccolini!
You may note that the word “fresh” echoes in this review. Go see for yourself! Despite having a low-priced supermarket within a stone’s throw away, Cu.Ra.Te still punches above its weight in their produce.
