If you live on a high floor in one of the new Dawson blocks, or perhaps spend some quiet evenings at the sky gardens of these blocks, you are likely to catch a beautiful sight of the sun setting over Queenstown, the hues of dusk, or even impending monsoon storm clouds at a distance.
Perhaps you used to live in the older iteration of Queenstown. Back then, while the flats were not as tall as they are now, there were the high-rise of this first satellite town of Singapore. Would you have photos of nature, or life in Queenstown from days gone by? We’d love for you to share them with us here.
The above photo was shot by a resident from SkyResidence@Dawson. Sometimes viewing the majesty of the sky helps us to gain perspectives of the issues and challenges we face from day to day. It is good to take a walk, a breather, and behold the beauty of nature, which quietly sits around us, or unobtrusively passes us by. Let us take a little time to smell the roses and breathe in some positivity!
We would love to see your photos of nature: the sky, trees, flowers, cats, birds… Please contact us and we could post your photos, or videos here. If you like birds, or if you are a birder, check out this post, or contact us with your photos.
